A delicious and nutrient-rich Açaí Bowl made with superfood açaí and customizable toppings for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

- 2 packets organic Sambazon Açaí Superfruit smoothie
- 1 cup soy milk (or any milk of your choice)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 3 strawberries
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- Optional add-ons: nuts (almonds/walnuts), seeds (chia/flaxseeds), granola, coconut flakes, more fruits (kiwi/mango/pineapple)
Instructions
- Add the açaí packets to the blender, breaking them into chunks.
- Add the banana, strawberries, blueberries, soy milk, Greek yogurt, and agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 18 to 24 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami using the ‘Yogurt’ setting.
- If necessary, use the ‘Re-Spin’ function until creamy.
- Scoop into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker bowl, ensure your fruits are frozen. Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, or granola for added texture.
