Description

A delicious and nutrient-rich Açaí Bowl made with superfood açaí and customizable toppings for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packets organic Sambazon Açaí Superfruit smoothie
  • 1 cup soy milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Optional add-ons: nuts (almonds/walnuts), seeds (chia/flaxseeds), granola, coconut flakes, more fruits (kiwi/mango/pineapple)

Instructions

  1. Add the açaí packets to the blender, breaking them into chunks.
  2. Add the banana, strawberries, blueberries, soy milk, Greek yogurt, and agave syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 18 to 24 hours.
  5. Remove from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami using the ‘Yogurt’ setting.
  6. If necessary, use the ‘Re-Spin’ function until creamy.
  7. Scoop into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker bowl, ensure your fruits are frozen. Top with your favorite nuts, seeds, or granola for added texture.
