- 1 pre-made protein shake (any flavor, like Fairlife)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (like monk fruit or sugar)
- Optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, almond butter, mashed banana, etc.)
Instructions
- Pour the protein shake into the Ninja Creami freezer cup and mix in the sweetener.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
- Blend using the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ or ‘Gelato’ setting until smooth.
- If desired, add mix-ins after the first blend and respin until well combined.
Notes
