Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk (or heavy cream)
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Additional blackberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberries by washing them thoroughly and laying them out to dry.
  2. In a blender, combine the blackberries, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. After freezing, break the mixture into smaller chunks and process it in the Ninja Creami on the ‘Ice Cream’ setting.
  6. Serve immediately for a soft texture or refreeze for a firmer consistency.
  7. Garnish with fresh blackberries and enjoy!

Notes

For added creativity, consider adding coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or mint leaves as optional ingredients.
