A creamy and refreshing homemade blackberry ice cream, bursting with the sweet and tangy flavor of ripe blackberries, made effortlessly using the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh blackberries
- 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk (or heavy cream)
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Additional blackberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the blackberries by washing them thoroughly and laying them out to dry.
- In a blender, combine the blackberries, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, honey or sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, break the mixture into smaller chunks and process it in the Ninja Creami on the ‘Ice Cream’ setting.
- Serve immediately for a soft texture or refreeze for a firmer consistency.
- Garnish with fresh blackberries and enjoy!
