Description

A delightful and healthy ice cream made with caramel protein drink, sugar-free pudding mix, espresso, and caramel chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 326 grams of caramel protein drink
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons of instant espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped sugar-free salted caramel chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (optional)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
  • Caramel sauce for swirling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the caramel protein drink, pudding mix, and espresso powder until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami using the ‘LITE ICE CREAM’ function.
  4. If dry, add almond milk and reprocess for creaminess.
  5. Mix in the salted caramel chocolate chips using the ‘MIX-INS’ function.
  6. Scoop into bowls and enjoy, garnished with toppings as desired.

Notes

Ensure a proper freeze temperature of 9°F to -7°F for the best texture. You can customize flavors by adding different protein drinks or toppings.
