Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to the machine’s instructions (typically about 20 minutes).
- Check for the right consistency; it should hold its shape on a spoon.
