- 2 tablespoons Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
- 3 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional: Chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, matcha powder, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container without exceeding the fill line.
- Freeze the container for 24 hours.
- Use the “Lite Ice Cream” setting on the Ninja Creami to process the frozen mixture into ice cream.
- If the texture is crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function until creamy.
