Ingredients

  • 2½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Optional: Chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, matcha powder, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container without exceeding the fill line.
  3. Freeze the container for 24 hours.
  4. Use the “Lite Ice Cream” setting on the Ninja Creami to process the frozen mixture into ice cream.
  5. If the texture is crumbly, use the “Re-spin” function until creamy.

Notes

Ensure to freeze the mixture for a full 24 hours for the best texture. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings.
