- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the whole milk or half-and-half, heavy cream, sugar, instant coffee or espresso powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze it flat for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen solid, place the pint in the Ninja Creami and select the ‘Ice Cream’ setting.
- Optional: Add mix-ins like chocolate chips or crushed cookies after the first spin and choose ‘Re-spin’ if needed for creaminess.

Notes
