A delightful and easy recipe for rich and creamy Cookies and Cream ice cream made using the Ninja Creami machine.
Ingredients

- 75–100 g caster/superfine or white sugar
- 200 g whole milk
- 200 g full-fat thickened cream (35% milk fat)
- ½ – 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
- A tiny pinch of fine salt
- 2–4 Oreos or your favorite chocolate sandwich cookies (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sugar and milk until sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the full-fat cream and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami tub to just below the fill line.
- Cover and freeze for 16 to 24 hours.
- Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami machine using the ice cream function.
- Create a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add cookie crumbles, then mix in using the ‘Mix In’ function.
- Serve immediately or sprinkle more cookie crumbles on top.
- Store leftovers in the freezer with the lid on.
