Description

A creamy, high-protein ice cream made with cottage cheese, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while keeping your nutrition goals intact.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or cocoa powder for chocolate
  • Mix-ins (optional): mini chocolate chips, peanut butter, fruit puree, etc.

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, sweetener, milk, and flavoring until super smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze overnight.
  3. After freezing, spin the ice cream in the Ninja Creami until creamy.
  4. If it’s crumbly, re-spin it for a better texture.
  5. Serve and enjoy or store with a lid in the freezer.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different flavorings and mix-ins. Keep in mind that full-fat cottage cheese gives the best texture.
