- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or cocoa powder for chocolate
- Mix-ins (optional): mini chocolate chips, peanut butter, fruit puree, etc.
Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese, sweetener, milk, and flavoring until super smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze overnight.
- After freezing, spin the ice cream in the Ninja Creami until creamy.
- If it’s crumbly, re-spin it for a better texture.
- Serve and enjoy or store with a lid in the freezer.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different flavorings and mix-ins. Keep in mind that full-fat cottage cheese gives the best texture.
