A delightful homemade rose-flavored ice cream that captures the essence of nostalgia and coziness.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dried Rose Petals
  • 2 cups Half and Half
  • ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 3 Drops Red Food Color (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently heat the half-and-half in a saucepan over low heat without boiling.
  2. Add the dried rose petals and stir, allowing them to steep for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Blend the warm half-and-half with the rose petals, sweetened condensed milk, cottage cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving space for expansion.
  5. Freeze the mixture for 24 hours.
  6. Process in the Ninja Creami on the “Ice Cream” setting, and respin if necessary for creaminess.
  7. Scoop and enjoy your homemade rose ice cream!
