- ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions
- Gently heat the half-and-half in a saucepan over low heat without boiling.
- Add the dried rose petals and stir, allowing them to steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Blend the warm half-and-half with the rose petals, sweetened condensed milk, cottage cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving space for expansion.
- Freeze the mixture for 24 hours.
- Process in the Ninja Creami on the “Ice Cream” setting, and respin if necessary for creaminess.
- Scoop and enjoy your homemade rose ice cream!
