A refreshing and creamy pineapple swirl treat made at home using the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- Coconut milk (enough to reach the fill line)
- Optional: squeeze of lemon juice
- Optional: sweetener (honey or agave) if needed
Instructions
- In your Ninja Creami pint, toss in about 2 cups of frozen pineapple.
- Pour in just enough coconut milk to reach the fill line.
- Optional: add a squeeze of lemon juice for a zing.
- Blend in sweetener if the fruit isn’t sweet enough.
- Freeze overnight.
- Spin it up using the ‘sorbet’ setting.
- If it’s too crumbly, splash in a bit more liquid and hit ‘respin’.
Notes
Use high-quality frozen or canned pineapple in 100% juice for the best flavor. Store leftovers in the pint container for up to a month.
