Description

A refreshing and creamy pineapple swirl treat made at home using the Ninja Creami.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • Coconut milk (enough to reach the fill line)
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice
  • Optional: sweetener (honey or agave) if needed

Instructions

  1. In your Ninja Creami pint, toss in about 2 cups of frozen pineapple.
  2. Pour in just enough coconut milk to reach the fill line.
  3. Optional: add a squeeze of lemon juice for a zing.
  4. Blend in sweetener if the fruit isn’t sweet enough.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Spin it up using the ‘sorbet’ setting.
  7. If it’s too crumbly, splash in a bit more liquid and hit ‘respin’.

Notes

Use high-quality frozen or canned pineapple in 100% juice for the best flavor. Store leftovers in the pint container for up to a month.
