- 1 pot Folgers® Coffeehouse Blend (cooled)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 4 oz white chocolate (melted)
- 4 oz mascarpone cheese
- Coffee ice cream
- Milk chocolate (for topping)
- Cocoa powder (optional)
- Coffee liqueur (optional)
- Flavored syrups (optional)
Instructions
- Chill your glass bowl for whipping cream and serving glasses in the refrigerator.
- In the chilled bowl, beat 1 cup of whipping cream and 2 tsp granulated sugar until medium-soft peaks form. Refrigerate to keep firm.
- Melt 4 oz of white chocolate in a microwave in 15-second intervals until soft but not hot. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk 4 oz of mascarpone cheese into the melted white chocolate until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
- In serving mugs, scoop coffee ice cream, pour chilled coffee until three-quarters full, top with the mascarpone cream, and sprinkle with grated milk chocolate.
Notes
Experiment with flavors and toppings for customization. To make it dairy-free, use coconut cream and nut-based ice creams.
