A delightful blend of rich chocolate and coffee, transformed from a classic dessert into a refreshing iced drink perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pot Folgers® Coffeehouse Blend (cooled)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 4 oz white chocolate (melted)
  • 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  • Coffee ice cream
  • Milk chocolate (for topping)
  • Cocoa powder (optional)
  • Coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Flavored syrups (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your glass bowl for whipping cream and serving glasses in the refrigerator.
  2. In the chilled bowl, beat 1 cup of whipping cream and 2 tsp granulated sugar until medium-soft peaks form. Refrigerate to keep firm.
  3. Melt 4 oz of white chocolate in a microwave in 15-second intervals until soft but not hot. Let cool slightly.
  4. Whisk 4 oz of mascarpone cheese into the melted white chocolate until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
  5. In serving mugs, scoop coffee ice cream, pour chilled coffee until three-quarters full, top with the mascarpone cream, and sprinkle with grated milk chocolate.

Notes

Experiment with flavors and toppings for customization. To make it dairy-free, use coconut cream and nut-based ice creams.
