Ingredients

- 355 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Unflavored Protein Powder
- 2.5 Tablespoons Dark Cocoa Powder
- 2.5 Tablespoons Swerve Sugar Substitute
- 1/4 Teaspoon Guar Gum
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (Chopped)
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to Ninja Creami container without overfilling.
- Freeze for 24 hours.
- Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami using the ‘LITE ICE CREAM’ function.
- Add chopped chocolate chips and mix using the ‘Mix-Ins’ function.
- Serve and enjoy your ice cream!
Notes
For a smoother texture, do not skip the guar gum and ensure all ingredients are blended thoroughly.
