Homemade, creamy coffee ice cream made using a Ninja Creami machine, perfect for coffee lovers and customizable with various mix-ins.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup whole milk or half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional add-ins: chocolate sauce, cinnamon, biscotti crumbles

Instructions

  1. Combine cooled coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container.
  4. Freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.
  5. Process the frozen container in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. If necessary, run the ‘re-spin’ function for a smoother texture.
