- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup whole milk or half-and-half
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional add-ins: chocolate sauce, cinnamon, biscotti crumbles
Instructions
- Combine cooled coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Process the frozen container in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- If necessary, run the ‘re-spin’ function for a smoother texture.
Notes
Use a coffee you enjoy for the best flavor. For lactose-free variants, substitute with lactose-free milk or cream. Don’t rush the freezing process to ensure scoopable ice cream.
