Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- Additional toppings like cherries or lime zest (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your frozen pineapple chunks and coconut milk.
- Toss everything into the Ninja Creami container and freeze flat for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, pop the block into the Ninja Creami and select the ‘sorbet’ setting.
- Scrape down the sides if needed, and hit ‘re-spin’ if not creamy enough.
- Serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
Notes
For added creaminess, use chilled coconut milk and avoid overpacking the container. You can substitute sugar with honey or agave for sweetness.
