Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined, resembling a milkshake.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and seal tightly.
  3. Freeze the pint flat for at least 24 hours.
  4. Once frozen, insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘Ice Cream’ setting.
  5. If the ice cream appears crumbly, re-spin it or add a splash of milk to achieve the desired consistency.

Notes
