Description

A refreshing and creamy homemade Thai iced coffee made with brewed coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and almond extract.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (slightly warmed)
  • 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew 4 cups of your favorite coffee, ensuring it is strong.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the brewed coffee, warmed sweetened condensed milk, and almond extract. Stir well.
  3. If desired, add ground cardamom and stir to blend.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Stir gently and enjoy.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute sweetened condensed milk with a mix of regular milk and sugar. You can also use tea instead for a non-coffee variation.
