- 2 cups good store-bought or homemade eggnog
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the eggnog into your Ninja Creami pint.
- Mix in the sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavor if necessary with milk or more nutmeg.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, attach the pint to the Ninja Creami and select the ‘ice cream’ setting.
- If the mixture looks crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin.
Notes
