A creamy and festive eggnog ice cream made effortlessly with the Ninja Creami, perfect for holiday vibes any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups good store-bought or homemade eggnog
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the eggnog into your Ninja Creami pint.
  2. Mix in the sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust flavor if necessary with milk or more nutmeg.
  4. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. After freezing, attach the pint to the Ninja Creami and select the ‘ice cream’ setting.
  6. If the mixture looks crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using half homemade eggnog. Can add mix-ins like cookie bits or fudge as desired.
