Description

A refreshing drink made with chewy tapioca pearls, rich brewed coffee, and creamy half-and-half, perfect for coffee lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Tapioca Balls
  • ¾ cup Strong Brewed Coffee (cooled)
  • ¾ cup Half & Half
  • ¼ cup Ice
  • Optional: Flavored Syrups (Vanilla or caramel), Milk Alternatives, Chocolate or Caramel Drizzle

Instructions

  1. Combine water and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add tapioca balls to the boiling mixture and stir occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat and cook for about 8 minutes until the tapioca becomes chewy.
  4. Transfer the warm tapioca balls to a large cup with some brown sugar syrup.
  5. Add ice on top, then pour in the cooled coffee.
  6. Top with half-and-half, stir gently, and enjoy with a wide straw!

Notes

Avoid using hot coffee to prevent melting the ice quickly. Enjoy your drink fresh for the best taste.
