A refreshing drink made with chewy tapioca pearls, rich brewed coffee, and creamy half-and-half, perfect for coffee lovers.
Ingredients

- ¾ cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Tapioca Balls
- ¾ cup Strong Brewed Coffee (cooled)
- ¾ cup Half & Half
- ¼ cup Ice
- Optional: Flavored Syrups (Vanilla or caramel), Milk Alternatives, Chocolate or Caramel Drizzle
Instructions
- Combine water and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add tapioca balls to the boiling mixture and stir occasionally.
- Reduce heat and cook for about 8 minutes until the tapioca becomes chewy.
- Transfer the warm tapioca balls to a large cup with some brown sugar syrup.
- Add ice on top, then pour in the cooled coffee.
- Top with half-and-half, stir gently, and enjoy with a wide straw!
Notes
Avoid using hot coffee to prevent melting the ice quickly. Enjoy your drink fresh for the best taste.
