Description
A refreshing and creamy coffee drink made with espresso, white chocolate syrup, and milk, served over ice.
Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup milk (your choice: almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
- 2–3 tablespoons homemade white chocolate syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips with 2-3 tablespoons of milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and let the syrup cool slightly.
- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso and allow it to cool.
- In a large glass, combine cooled coffee, 2-3 tablespoons of white chocolate syrup, and ½ cup of your preferred milk. Mix well.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving room for your cream or milk.
- Pour in your choice of heavy cream or milk and stir to combine.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and milk according to your preference. Enjoy with a garnish for an extra special touch.
