- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) — 1 to 2 cups, sliced if large (optional)
- Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans) — 1/3 cup (optional)
- Caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, or peanut butter drizzle (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into an 8×8 or 9×9-inch dish. Chill for 15–20 minutes or bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Prepare the creamy center: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer and assemble: Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust, then add chocolate chips and half of the mini marshmallows. Layer on the remaining cream mixture and top with remaining marshmallows.
- Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for 30–60 minutes.
- Serve and store: Cut into bars or scoop into bowls for serving. Store leftovers covered for up to 4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 1 month.
