Description

A fast, family-friendly, and customizable dessert that delivers comforting vibes and a delightful taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuit crumbs, about 12 full graham crackers, crushed)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted (or dairy-free butter substitute)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or full-fat coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (or marshmallow fluff)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or milk)
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) — 1 to 2 cups, sliced if large (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans) — 1/3 cup (optional)
  • Caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, or peanut butter drizzle (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into an 8×8 or 9×9-inch dish. Chill for 15–20 minutes or bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the creamy center: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Layer and assemble: Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust, then add chocolate chips and half of the mini marshmallows. Layer on the remaining cream mixture and top with remaining marshmallows.
  4. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for 30–60 minutes.
  5. Serve and store: Cut into bars or scoop into bowls for serving. Store leftovers covered for up to 4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 1 month.

Notes

For variations, consider using fresh berries or different toppings like sprinkles. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
