- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Flavoring of choice (cocoa powder, vanilla extract, or pureed fruit)
- Optional add-ins (mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, or crushed cookies)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, and chosen flavoring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, place the pint in the Ninja Creami and use the ice cream function.
- If the mixture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like sprinkles, chocolate syrup, or fruits.
Notes
For creamier ice cream, make sure to use full-fat milk and cream. Don’t skip the touch of salt to enhance flavors.
