Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Flavoring of choice (cocoa powder, vanilla extract, or pureed fruit)
  • Optional add-ins (mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, or crushed cookies)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, and chosen flavoring until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, place the pint in the Ninja Creami and use the ice cream function.
  4. If the mixture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings like sprinkles, chocolate syrup, or fruits.

Notes

For creamier ice cream, make sure to use full-fat milk and cream. Don’t skip the touch of salt to enhance flavors.
