Ingredients
- Fresh Cantaloupe (283.5 grams or about 1.5 cups), cut into 1-2 inch cubes
- Unsweetened Vanilla Greek Yogurt (118 ml)
- Granulated Allulose Sweetener (50 grams)
- Vanilla Paste (1 teaspoon)
- Optional Milk (1 to 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: fresh cantaloupe, unsweetened vanilla Greek yogurt, granulated allulose sweetener, and vanilla paste.
- Blend until smooth and no lumps remain, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and process in Ninja Creami on ‘LITE ICE CREAM’ mode, adding milk if necessary for consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
