Description

A refreshing homemade dessert made from Greek yogurt, allulose sweetener, and sliced peaches, perfect for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups (315.5 ml) of unsweetened vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) of granular allulose sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 cup of sliced peaches canned in 100% juice, drained
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of reserved peach juice (optional)
  • Chopped nuts, granola, or a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional add-ons)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Greek yogurt, allulose sweetener, vanilla bean paste, and sliced peaches until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container, seal it, and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Retrieve the container, scrape down the mixture if needed, and process it in the Ninja Creami on the ‘LITE ICE CREAM’ setting.
  4. If the texture is dry, remix with reserved peach juice as needed.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey/maple syrup.

Notes

Make sure to freeze for a full 24 hours for the best texture. Adjust sweetness and texture with peach juice as desired.
