Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, yogurt, and sweetener.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into a shallow baking dish or loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for a few hours until solid, stirring once or twice if possible.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
