- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit or preferred sweetener
- Optional add-ons: toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts, fresh fruit pieces, chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine mango, heavy cream, soy milk, sweetened condensed milk, and sweetener until smooth.
- Freeze the Mixture: Pour into Ninja Creami container, freeze for 18-24 hours.
- Churn the Ice Cream: Use the Ninja Creami on the ‘ice cream’ setting, re-spin if needed.
- Serve and Enjoy: Scoop into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
