A refreshing and creamy protein-packed ice cream, perfect for guilt-free indulgence on hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or mint protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp. full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla pudding mix
  • 24 drops peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 24 drops green food coloring
  • Optional: Chocolate chips
  • Optional: Mint crème Oreos

Instructions

  1. Add the Base Ingredients to a Ninja Creami™ Pint.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Assemble the pint for processing in the Ninja Creami.
  5. Select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting and process until creamy.
  6. Add chocolate chips or cookies if desired and mix using the Mix-In setting.
  7. Scoop and enjoy your ice cream immediately.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness and mint flavor to your preference. Store in a covered pint to maintain freshness.
