Ingredients

- 1 cup freshly-brewed strong coffee
- 12 large fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprig for garnish
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (or desired sweetener)
- 1 cup ice
- Splash of cream (or milk, coconut milk, half and half, etc.)
Instructions
- Brew the coffee using your preferred method for a strong flavor.
- Muddle the mint leaves with the sugar in a shaker to release oils.
- Fill the shaker with ice, then pour the brewed coffee over the mint mixture. Add a splash of cream, if desired.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill.
- Transfer the iced coffee to a serving glass, adding more ice if needed, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and creaminess to your taste. Experiment with flavored syrups for additional twists.
