Instructions

  5. Blend again, starting slow then increasing speed, for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  6. Adjust thickness and flavor by adding more almond milk or frozen berries as needed.
  7. If using chia seeds, let the smoothie sit for 5 minutes to thicken, then serve.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.
