Description

A refreshing and family-friendly Mojito Ninja Slushi made with fresh mint and lime, perfect for a quick and tasty treat.


Ingredients

  • 1520 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 cups water (divided)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup spirit-free rum alternative (optional)
  • Club soda or sparkling water (optional)
  • Lime or mint slices for garnish (optional)
  • A few frozen berries (optional)
  • Simple syrup made with honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mint and sugar by placing mint leaves in a glass with sugar.
  2. Gently muddle the mint leaves to release aroma.
  3. Make the mint simple syrup by adding water and stirring until dissolved.
  4. Strain the syrup into a pitcher and mix in lime juice and rum alternative.
  5. Load the mixture into the Ninja Slushi machine.
  6. Select the slush program on the machine and let it mix.
  7. Serve in cups and add garnishes if desired.
