Description

A delicious blend of apple pie and ice cream, this Ninja Creami Apple Cobbler Ice Cream features soft apple bits in a creamy base, topped with a crunchy crumble.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar (or less, to taste)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/31/2 cup apple pie filling (or compote)
  • Crumble topping (crushed graham crackers or similar)

Instructions

  1. Toss together milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in your Ninja Creami pint. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Fold in apple pie filling evenly.
  3. Freeze it flat overnight or for at least eight hours.
  4. Pop the frozen mixture in the Creami, select ICE CREAM, and let it spin.
  5. If needed, use the “extras” spin and add in chunky cobbler bits or crushed grahams with the “Mix-In” setting.

Notes

Remember to chill all ingredients before mixing. Make sure not to overfill the pint to avoid mess.
