Description
A delicious blend of apple pie and ice cream, this Ninja Creami Apple Cobbler Ice Cream features soft apple bits in a creamy base, topped with a crunchy crumble.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar (or less, to taste)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Splash of vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3–1/2 cup apple pie filling (or compote)
- Crumble topping (crushed graham crackers or similar)
Instructions
- Toss together milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in your Ninja Creami pint. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Fold in apple pie filling evenly.
- Freeze it flat overnight or for at least eight hours.
- Pop the frozen mixture in the Creami, select ICE CREAM, and let it spin.
- If needed, use the “extras” spin and add in chunky cobbler bits or crushed grahams with the “Mix-In” setting.
Notes
Remember to chill all ingredients before mixing. Make sure not to overfill the pint to avoid mess.
