Description

Creamy and luscious avocado ice cream made in a Ninja Creami that tastes indulgent and is surprisingly healthy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Mix-ins: dark chocolate chips, crushed pistachios, honey, fresh berries

Instructions

  1. In a Ninja Creami pint, combine the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, milk or coconut milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mash and blend until smooth.
  3. Freeze the pint upright overnight.
  4. The next day, process in the Ninja Creami on the ice cream setting. If too thick, add a tablespoon of milk and respin.
  5. Serve as is or topped with your choice of mix-ins.

Notes

For a protein boost, blend in a scoop of protein powder. Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
