Description
Creamy and luscious avocado ice cream made in a Ninja Creami that tastes indulgent and is surprisingly healthy.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- ½ can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Mix-ins: dark chocolate chips, crushed pistachios, honey, fresh berries
Instructions
- In a Ninja Creami pint, combine the avocado, sweetened condensed milk, milk or coconut milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Mash and blend until smooth.
- Freeze the pint upright overnight.
- The next day, process in the Ninja Creami on the ice cream setting. If too thick, add a tablespoon of milk and respin.
- Serve as is or topped with your choice of mix-ins.
Notes
For a protein boost, blend in a scoop of protein powder. Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
