Ingredients

- 2 cups half-and-half
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 3 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons marshmallow extract
- Green and blue food coloring
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth in a blender.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and flatten it evenly.
- Freeze for a full 24 hours to ensure even freezing.
- Place the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the ‘ice cream’ mode.
- If the ice cream is crumbly, add a splash of milk and spin again.
- Scoop into bowls and serve, topping as desired.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute half-and-half with almond or coconut milk. Optional add-ons include chocolate chips or fresh fruit.
