- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Chopped nuts, Marshmallows, Mint extract
Instructions
- Prepare brownies by melting the butter and mixing with sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Bake until fudgy.
- Make cookie dough by creaming room-temperature butter with sugars, then adding egg, vanilla, dry ingredients, and chocolate chips. Chill the dough.
- Whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves for the ice cream base.
- Combine brownie pieces and cookie chunks into the ice cream base. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Process in the Ninja Creami to achieve a creamy texture.
