Description

A delightful and creamy ice cream infused with the fragrant notes of Earl Grey tea, perfect for cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Soy Milk
  • 4 pieces Earl Grey Tea Bags
  • 6 tablespoons Monk Fruit
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea in warm soy milk for 5-7 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Add Monk Fruit to the warm mixture and stir until dissolved. Let it cool completely.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, use the Ninja Creami on the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting until smooth.
  5. If the texture is crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of soy milk and respin until creamy.

Notes

Ensure the mixture is completely cooled before freezing to achieve the best texture. Adjust sweeteners based on personal preference.
