- 3 cups Soy Milk
- 4 pieces Earl Grey Tea Bags
- 6 tablespoons Monk Fruit
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
- Chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs (optional)
Instructions
- Steep the tea in warm soy milk for 5-7 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.
- Add Monk Fruit to the warm mixture and stir until dissolved. Let it cool completely.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
- After freezing, use the Ninja Creami on the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting until smooth.
- If the texture is crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of soy milk and respin until creamy.
Notes
Ensure the mixture is completely cooled before freezing to achieve the best texture. Adjust sweeteners based on personal preference.
