Description
A refreshing and healthy fruit sorbet made with fresh mangoes and peaches, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 Medium-Sized Fresh Mangoes (Peeled and Diced)
- 1 Cup Fresh Peaches (Ripe and Juicy)
- 2–4 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk or Yogurt (Optional)
- Fresh Strawberries (Optional Add-On)
- Chopped Mint (Optional Add-On)
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Wash and peel the mangoes and peaches, then dice them into small pieces.
- Blend the Mixture: Combine diced mangoes, peaches, honey or agave syrup, and coconut milk or yogurt (if using) in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Freeze the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for 2-4 hours.
- Set Up the Ninja Creami: Pack the frozen mixture into the Ninja Creami bowl.
- Process the Sorbet: Secure the bowl in the Ninja Creami and select the Sorbet setting, adding liquid as needed for texture.
- Serve: Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish as desired with fresh fruit or mint.
Notes
Use ripe fruits for the best flavor. Frozen fruit is a good substitute if fresh isn’t available.
