Description

A refreshing and healthy fruit sorbet made with fresh mangoes and peaches, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 Medium-Sized Fresh Mangoes (Peeled and Diced)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Peaches (Ripe and Juicy)
  • 24 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk or Yogurt (Optional)
  • Fresh Strawberries (Optional Add-On)
  • Chopped Mint (Optional Add-On)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Wash and peel the mangoes and peaches, then dice them into small pieces.
  2. Blend the Mixture: Combine diced mangoes, peaches, honey or agave syrup, and coconut milk or yogurt (if using) in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Freeze the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for 2-4 hours.
  4. Set Up the Ninja Creami: Pack the frozen mixture into the Ninja Creami bowl.
  5. Process the Sorbet: Secure the bowl in the Ninja Creami and select the Sorbet setting, adding liquid as needed for texture.
  6. Serve: Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish as desired with fresh fruit or mint.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for the best flavor. Frozen fruit is a good substitute if fresh isn’t available.
