- 2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional: Chopped or crushed gingersnap cookies
- Optional: Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients to make the process smoother.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix, followed by the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and allspice.
- Add molasses and brown sugar, whisking until well combined.
- Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, close the lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and secure it.
- Press the Ice Cream button and let the machine do its magic.
- Check the texture; if too crumbly, Re-spin or add a tablespoon of milk and Re-spin until desired consistency.
