  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • Optional: Chopped or crushed gingersnap cookies
  • Optional: Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk and instant vanilla pudding mix, followed by the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and allspice.
  3. Add molasses and brown sugar, whisking until well combined.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, close the lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  6. After freezing, place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and secure it.
  7. Press the Ice Cream button and let the machine do its magic.
  8. Check the texture; if too crumbly, Re-spin or add a tablespoon of milk and Re-spin until desired consistency.

Notes
