Description

A healthier, creamy dessert made with chocolate milk and sugar-free pudding mix, perfect for a light indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate milk (low-fat or higher-protein)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Pour chocolate milk into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  2. Sprinkle in sugar-free pudding mix and stir until fully dissolved. Add any optional ingredients now.
  3. Seal the pint with the lid and freeze upright for at least 24 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer, take off the lid and place in the Ninja Creami outer bowl.
  5. Select ‘Lite Ice Cream’ program and let it spin until creamy.
  6. If the texture is powdery, add a splash of chocolate milk and re-spin until desired consistency is achieved.

Notes

Use cold ingredients to minimize oxidation. Avoid overheating which can ruin texture.
