Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate milk (low-fat or higher-protein)
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- Optional: 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pour chocolate milk into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Sprinkle in sugar-free pudding mix and stir until fully dissolved. Add any optional ingredients now.
- Seal the pint with the lid and freeze upright for at least 24 hours.
- Remove from freezer, take off the lid and place in the Ninja Creami outer bowl.
- Select ‘Lite Ice Cream’ program and let it spin until creamy.
- If the texture is powdery, add a splash of chocolate milk and re-spin until desired consistency is achieved.
Notes
Use cold ingredients to minimize oxidation. Avoid overheating which can ruin texture.
