Description

A refreshing and creamy mango sorbet that captures the essence of summer, made with ripe mangoes and coconut milk or yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups Fresh Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk or Yogurt
  • 23 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of lime or lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • A splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender—mango chunks, coconut milk or yogurt, and honey or agave syrup if using.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  4. Churn the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes
