A refreshing and creamy mango sorbet that captures the essence of summer, made with ripe mangoes and coconut milk or yogurt.

- 2 Cups Fresh Mango Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk or Yogurt
- 2–3 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (optional)
- A pinch of lime or lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- A splash of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender—mango chunks, coconut milk or yogurt, and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
- Churn the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later enjoyment.
Notes
Make sure to use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness to your liking, and enjoy with fresh fruits or as a sorbet float!
