A delightful homemade ice cream recipe featuring creamy marshmallow flavors, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups Half and Half
  • ½ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Marshmallow Flavoring
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami Deluxe pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, process in the Ninja Creami machine using the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ or ‘Gelato’ setting.
  4. If texture is crumbly, re-spin until creamy.
  5. For added marshmallow goodness, mix in additional mini marshmallows using the ‘Mix-In’ function.
  6. Serve and enjoy your homemade ice cream!

Ensure to let the mixture freeze for a full 24 hours for the best texture. Blend the mixture thoroughly to avoid chunks.
