Ingredients

  • 2 cups Half and Half
  • ½ cup MILO
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener or 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • Optional: Chocolate chips, nuts, or swirls of caramel

Instructions

  1. Mix the Half and Half, melted MILO with hot water, and sweetener in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja CREAMi pint container, secure the lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, blend in the Ninja CREAMi using the ‘Ice Cream’ setting, re-spin if the texture is crumbly.
  4. Scoop into bowls and enjoy plain or with toppings.
