Description

A refreshing and easy pineapple sorbet made with fresh or canned pineapple, perfect for a quick sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (honey or sugar)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice or water (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Grab your pineapple, peel and chop it. Blend with sweetener and a dash of juice or water until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze until solid (8 hours or overnight).
  3. Attach the lid and place in the Ninja Creami. Select the sorbet setting and let it run.
  4. If the texture is powdery, add a tablespoon of liquid and respin.
  5. Scoop out and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen pineapple for convenience. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
