- 1 cup protein shake (ready-made or mixed with milk)
- 1 splash of milk or nut milk (optional)
- Sweetener (optional)
- Add-ins: berries, peanut butter, mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Pour your protein shake into the Ninja Creami pint container. If using protein powder, mix with milk first.
- Freeze the pint solid overnight.
- Pop the pint in the Ninja Creami and hit the “milkshake” button.
- If it looks dry, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin.
- Enjoy your thick, creamy shake straight from the container or topped with your favorite garnishes.
Notes
For a thicker shake, start with a thick shake base and use less milk. Add chunky ingredients after the first spin to avoid pulverizing them.
