Ninja Creami Protein Shake

  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: 10 minutes + overnight freezing
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x
  • Diet: High Protein

Description

Transform your boring protein shake into a deliciously creamy dessert with the Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup protein shake (ready-made or mixed with milk)
  • 1 splash of milk or nut milk (optional)
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • Add-ins: berries, peanut butter, mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour your protein shake into the Ninja Creami pint container. If using protein powder, mix with milk first.
  2. Freeze the pint solid overnight.
  3. Pop the pint in the Ninja Creami and hit the “milkshake” button.
  4. If it looks dry, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin.
  5. Enjoy your thick, creamy shake straight from the container or topped with your favorite garnishes.

Notes

For a thicker shake, start with a thick shake base and use less milk. Add chunky ingredients after the first spin to avoid pulverizing them.
