- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional Add-Ons: Chopped Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Swirls of Caramel or Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions for 20-30 minutes.
- Scoop and serve the ice cream, garnished with cinnamon, nuts, or caramel/maple syrup if desired.
