A creamy and dreamy pumpkin ice cream that captures the flavors of autumn, perfect for chilly days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Optional Add-Ons: Chopped Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Swirls of Caramel or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  3. Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Scoop and serve the ice cream, garnished with cinnamon, nuts, or caramel/maple syrup if desired.
