A refreshing and easy-to-make raspberry sorbet with a zesty lemon twist, perfect for hot summer days.

- 2 Cups Fresh Raspberries
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
- Wash the raspberries under cool water and pat them dry.
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, lemon juice, sweetener, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Optionally, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm but not fully frozen.
- Transfer to the Ninja Creami container and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve immediately or return to the freezer for a firmer texture.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in fresh mint or basil. You can also use store-bought raspberry puree to save time.
