- 1 cup almond milk or coconut water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- Fresh fruit slices (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping fresh fruit or gathering frozen fruit.
- Blend the fruit, liquid, sweetener, and Greek yogurt (if using) until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami bowl.
- Process in the Ninja Creami until creamy texture is achieved.
- Top with granola, fresh fruits, nuts, and any other toppings desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and toppings to your personal taste. Can use frozen fruits for a chilled bowl.
