Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut water
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • Fresh fruit slices (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping fresh fruit or gathering frozen fruit.
  2. Blend the fruit, liquid, sweetener, and Greek yogurt (if using) until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami bowl.
  4. Process in the Ninja Creami until creamy texture is achieved.
  5. Top with granola, fresh fruits, nuts, and any other toppings desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
