Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make sorbet using frozen fruit, sweetener, and a splash of liquid, processed to perfection with the Ninja Creami.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Cups Frozen Fruit
  • 23 Tablespoons Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or sugar)
  • 1/2 Cup Liquid (water, coconut milk, or fruit juice)
  • 12 Tablespoons Lemon or Lime Juice
  • Optional: Fresh Mint (chopped)
  • Optional: Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen fruit, sweetener, and liquid. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  3. Transfer the frozen mixture to the Ninja Creami container and process according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  4. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and garnish with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Ensure to taste and adjust sweetener and citrus juice before freezing. You can use fresh fruit with ice if no frozen fruit is available.
