A creamy, homemade strawberry ice cream made easily with the Ninja Creami, featuring fresh strawberries and customizable sweetness.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Blend strawberries with sugar until you reach desired smoothness.
- Add milk and cream; blend just to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint without overfilling.
- Freeze the pint for at least 12 hours.
- Remove from freezer, load into the Creami, and press the ice cream button.
- If the texture is powdery, use the ‘re-spin’ feature to fix it.
Notes
Chill the base well overnight for best results. Taste the mix before freezing and adjust sugar if necessary.
