Description

A creamy, homemade strawberry ice cream made easily with the Ninja Creami, featuring fresh strawberries and customizable sweetness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Blend strawberries with sugar until you reach desired smoothness.
  3. Add milk and cream; blend just to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint without overfilling.
  5. Freeze the pint for at least 12 hours.
  6. Remove from freezer, load into the Creami, and press the ice cream button.
  7. If the texture is powdery, use the ‘re-spin’ feature to fix it.

Notes

Chill the base well overnight for best results. Taste the mix before freezing and adjust sugar if necessary.
