- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk or Yogurt (optional)
- 2–3 Tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (optional)
- Fresh Mint (for garnish)
- Citrus Zest (for enhancing flavor)
- Chopped Nuts (optional, for crunch)
Instructions
- Cut watermelon into small, bite-sized pieces and remove seeds. Measure out 4 cups and place in a blender or food processor.
- Add coconut milk or yogurt and honey or agave syrup to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm but scoopable.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping into bowls. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe watermelon for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness with honey or agave syrup based on preference. Consider using frozen watermelon chunks for a shortcut.
