Description

A cozy, refreshing drink perfect for summer, this Ninja Slushi Frosted Lemonade is a homemade take on the classic Chick-fil-A treat, featuring sweet and tangy flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 56 True Lemon crystallized lemon packets
  • 1/21 cup sweetener (monk fruit, sugar, or honey)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about juice from 2 fresh lemons)
  • 5 cups water (still or sparkling)
  • 23 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • Fresh lemon slices (for garnish, optional)
  • A sprig of mint (for garnish, optional)
  • A splash of flavored syrup (like raspberry or mango, optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the True Lemon packets, lemon juice, and sweetener in a large pitcher. Add the water and stir well. Adjust sweetness as desired by tasting.
  2. Transfer the lemonade mixture into your Ninja Slushi Machine and freeze for about 20-45 minutes until slushy.
  3. While it freezes, scoop 1/3 cup of softened vanilla ice cream into glasses.
  4. Once the slushy is ready, pour it over the layer of ice cream and stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with lemon slices or a mint sprig if desired.

Notes

Ensure the ice cream is softened before mixing. Taste and adjust the sweetness of the lemonade base as needed during preparation.
